Description

Technical superiority and operational excellence Everything about Novus™ human cremation systems is designed and engineered to the highest international standards. That is why Novus® human cremation systems have also become the automatic choice for local authorities, national organisations and private crematoria operators throughout the UK, Europe, America and around the world. Built to last Nothing is skimped. No corners are cut. No compromise is considered. Every aspect of each Novus™ cremator is constructed to the highest possible standards with steel plate casings, reinforced structural steel sections, plus the unique guarantee of quality and confidence that made in the UK provides. Novus™ cremator systems are designed with a 25-year design and obsolescence life that is reinforced by high-grade refractories operational at 75% – 100% in excess of normally anticipated operating temperatures. Novus™ refractory concrete lined ductwork ensures no maintenance is required within the first 10-years of operation. Designed to save you money Matthews Environmental Solutions has designed Novus™ cremators with a unique hot hearth configuration that is designed to maximise efficiency and reduce fuel consumption. Complementing this innovation is a specially designed automatic suction control and positive door seal that prevents uncontrolled tramp air and ensures maximum heat retention. An additional bonus is that the combustion air fan is fed from a ventilation hood sited above the cremator charge door. The result is that the cremator hall room is then ventilated without the need for any mechanical assistance.
