Temperature is the first indicator of various disorders in the human body. Internal and thermal changes, as a rule, precede structural changes and arise at the earliest stage of the pathological process, and in many cases characterize the risk of the disease. We have developed and certified EMI protected dual-band passive device MWR-2020 (CE MARK CLASS I) device which simultaneously visualizes internal MWR (60 mm deep) and skin infrared temperature emissions. The unique features of the technology are passive sensing, lack of radiation, no side effects, high sensitivity and specificity, detection of pathologies at an early stage and very low examination costs. Recently we have developed and trained Deep Neural Networks on the MWR data collected for many years. While MWR has been used for multiple years, only using AI we have shown that breast cancer could be detected with>90% accuracy, venous diseases (>80% sensitivity), COVID-19 induced pneumonia (>79% sensitivity) at early stages. MWR is being used in the detection of low back pain, ovarian cancer, brain trauma, juvenile Idiopathic arthritis, and other pathologies. We have identified potential mechanisms of passive microwave emission in vitro using enzymes, protein assays and cell lines. MWR has been used in pre-clinical studies and cancer diagnostics in pets. MWR can be used in all stages of drug R&D processes.
