The Medi-roller® Standard boards allow the patient to be moved laterally in a comfortable and safe manner, without the need to lift them or apply significant force. They are specially designed to facilitate transfers between beds, stretchers, operating tables, X-ray tables, and other surfaces. They are made with a lightweight and robust polyethylene core, covered with a high-frequency welded polyester/PVC canvas sleeve, providing a compact, lightweight, and highly durable surface. The tubular cover is made of siliconized polyamide fabric, giving it ultra-sliding properties to ease the transfer. The long foldable model includes two handles for easy transport, while the short one-piece model has one handle. Additionally, disposable plastic covers are available for both models to help prevent infections.
