miniIRIS software is dedicated to registration, capturing, processing, viewing, sharing and archiving of diagnostic images. The software intended to support the work of clinicians, the process of diagnosis, monitorimg and treatment of patients in specialized cabinets and multidisciplinary medical centers. Applying the optimal set of functionalities and image processing tools: digital filters, contrast stretching, edge enhancement, sharpening, smoothing, channels' separation, facilitate the process of interpretation of diagnostic data. miniIRIS is both an efficient and a user-friendly tool, supporting diagnosis and monitoring of disease during follow-up visits. Furthemore, it enables to import, export, process and archive medical images, from medical devices equipped with digital camera. Features of miniIRIS: - Registering diagnostic images as photographs and videos - Processing of registered/imported medical images which can be analyzed and interpreted to acquire correct diagnosis - Image processing tools to support diagnosis of disease - Digital filters - Support monitoring of diseases by follow-up reports - Import, export, sharing of medical images with HIS - Control medical devices or digital cameras placed in optical pathway of medical devices - Preparing reports from different visits - Conducting patients' records and searching through them according to different criteria - Preparing reports that include selected medical data, which can be then printed, saved on CD or DVD discs, hard disk or as well sent by e-mail - Export and import of data in DICOM standard
