Small and large locking plate system Medimetal offers a full range of locking, angular stable plates that meets the everyday requirements. Through their usage, the modern principles of osteosynthesis can be applied. The plate types - that work as fixateur interne in case of load transfer between the fractured bone parts - ensure good circulation, and support the formation of both medullary- and periosteal callus. Due to their complex design, the surgeon may choose from special threaded angular stable screwing, compressing or even neutral screwing. The plates and the angular stable screws are made of steel or titanium-alloy.
