Heat-sealing machines in the model range MEDIPACKER TS are used to seal preformed plastic packages (blisters) with a die-cut lid made of Tyvek® or compound foil. We developed these machines specifically for the medical industry and for use in clean rooms. They are extremely compact and are very easy to operate. The range of machines offers a large variety of options, so they can deliver most of what you would expect of a universal packaging machine that offers rapid tool change. All machines can be qualified (DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ). The MEDIPACKER GTS allows you to seal preformed blisters and pouches in a protective atmosphere. The extremely compact vacuum chamber means that gas consumption is reduced to a minimum. Changing tools couldn't be simpler, because there aren't any electric or pneumatic connections.
