Description

The CELLSEARCH Circulating Endothelial Cell Kit immunomagnetically captures CD146-positive cells from whole blood and enables the enumeration and characterization of circulating endothelial cells (CECs). After immunomagnetic capture and enrichment, fluorescent reagents are added for identification and enumeration of CECs. The fluorescent reagents include anti-CD105-PE / anti-CD45-APC and DAPI which stains the cell nucleus. Product is for research use only (RUO) – not for use in diagnostic procedures.
