Description

A flexible X-ray inspection solution designed to inspect a diverse range of applications at high line speeds, in packaging formats such as metal or composite cans, plastic containers and doypacks. Offering High Versatility of Detection The X3720 offers a 0.8 mm diode size and a choice of generator options, ensuring reliable and outstanding detection sensitivity for all applications. Reducing TCO with Low Power The X3720 operates with low level X-ray power, reducing overall power consumption and contributing to lower running costs. Safeguarding High-speed Rejection A variety of optional reject mechanisms are available to ensure the quick and safe removal of your faulty products at line speeds of up to 1,000 ppm. Upholding Brand Integrity Our proprietary X-ray software, ContamPlusTM, simultaneously inspects products for physical contaminants as well as performing product integrity checks. Achieving Hygiene Compliance Following GMP, NFS and EHEDG principles (IP65 as standard / optional IP69 upgrade), the X3720 offers class-leading hygienic design. Safeguarding Product Rejection The lockable reject bin on the X3720 ensures that only authorized personnel have access to rejected products. The large view window facilitates easier reject set up, ensuring maximum uptime.
