Description

The X3730 X-ray system offers outstanding detection sensitivity in cans and glass containers, utilizing a split beam X-ray to expose physical contaminants in the entire container. Offering High Versatility of Detection The X3730 provides a 0.8 mm diode size and a choice of generator power options, ensuring outstanding detection sensitivity across the whole container. Upholding Brand Integrity Our proprietary software, ContamPlusTM, conducts a full range of integrity checks and removes sub-standard products from the production line. Protecting Products at High Speeds The X3730 is capable of inspecting and rejecting up to 1,000 containers per minute, depending on your application. Safeguarding Product Rejection A range of optional reject mechanisms are available to ensure the quick, safe removal of your faulty products, with a low false reject rate. Achieving Outstanding Detection The X3730’s horizontal split beam technology increases detection sensitivity by imaging every package twice in one pass. As each package is inspected from two different angles, blind spots are minimized, thereby increasing the probability of detection. Proving Due Diligence and Traceability For QA purposes and to assist in Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) you can retrieve inspection statistics and X-ray images through diverse connectivity options in real time.
