The X38 is designed to inspect up to 14 ton of pumped products per hour, typically liquids, slurries and pastes, before further value is added to the product through processing and final packaging. Safeguarding Products At High Speeds The X38 can inspect up to 14 tons of pumped product per hour, and automatic calibration can be performed in less than 20 seconds, which maximizes uptime. Meeting Production Line Needs Available in three pipe sizes (2.5", 3” and 4”) as standard. Alternative pipe sizes are available to suit individual applications. Minimizing Product Waste A range of fully integrated, high-speed reject valves are available, including a three-way ball valve. All valves can be synchronized to the pump, minimizing rejected portions and protecting profits. Proving Due Diligence and Traceability Multiple interfacing and connectivity capabilities allow the X38 to be integrated with both up-and-down stream production equipment to allow for optimum inspection.
