With its parallel bundled, highly concentrated blue LED light ray, perfect design and well-balanced ergonomics, the new cordless PenCure polymerization lamp has an outstanding personality of its own with remarkable attributes. With an output of between 1.000 and 2.000 mW/cm², the PenCure cures the filling material in just a few seconds. At the same time, the PenCure guarantees a constant high level of light intensity and achieves outstanding penetration for even polymerization. Even at a distance of 5mm to the preparation area, the light yield of the parallel bundled light ray still amounts to 80 %. The small instrument head improves the field of vision and facilitates direct access to the working area without any loss of performance. The molars which are normally difficult to reach with a light guide polymerization lamp are now particularly easy to access for the practitioner. The teeth are also easily accessible in a distal position. In addition, the PenCure’s head can be rotated and offers good vision even in the case of unfavorable visibility and space conditions. This has an optimized wavelength for effective tooth bleaching.
