Description

DecaVertus III is a fully automated, high-throughput system designed for metered dose inhaler (MDI) testing. With its 10-way shake and fire to waste capability, the DecaVertus III enables the automated firing-to-waste process for up to ten MDIs per test run. This system ensures reproducible and controlled testing, enhancing test repeatability and conserving analyst time. Additionally, by automating firing-to-waste under closely controlled conditions, DecaVertus III eliminates potential sources of variability from testing, thereby reducing the risk of repetitive strain injury (RSI) and enhancing overall efficiency. - High-throughput testing of metered dose inhalers (MDIs) - Reproducible and controlled testing of MDIs - Firing-to-waste automation for through-life testing of MDIs - Enhancing test repeatability and accuracy in MDI testing - Increasing efficiency in MDI testing workflows - Compliance with Ph. Eur., EMA, USP, FDA, ChP, and NMPA - 21 CFR Part 11 compliance - Supports either can-only or can-in-actuator configurations - Capable of sampling up to 10 inhalers simultaneously - Firing-to-waste process occurs under tightly controlled conditions - Independent air flow control per channel - Large, modern, and intuitive touchscreen control
