OverviewBottom-loading high-temperature furnaces LHT 01/17 and LHT 02/17 LB Speed feature molybdenum disilicide (MoSi2) heating elements and fiber insulation, delivering controlled atmospheres and excellent temperature uniformity up to 1650 °C. An electrically driven lifting table simplifies loading and supports stackable saggars for efficient batch handling.
Standard equipment- Tmax 1650 °C
- MoSi2 heating elements with high chemical resistance to charge materials
- Exclusive use of insulation materials without CLP categorization (EC Reg. 1272/2008)
- Three- or four-sided chamber heating for improved temperature uniformity (model dependent)
- Furnace chamber volumes: 1 l (LHT 01/17 LB Speed) or 2 l (LHT 02/17 LB Speed); large table floor area
- Motorized toothed-belt drive for lifting table with push-button operation
- Table opening time approx. 30 s (complete opening)
- Exhaust vent in roof
- Type S thermocouple
- P580 touch controller (50 programs × 40 segments)
- NTLog Basic for process data logging via USB (for Nabertherm controllers)
Additional equipment- Adjustable over-temperature limiter to protect furnace and load
- Stackable saggars for multi-level loading (up to 2–3 levels depending on model)
- Reduced table opening time to approx. 10 s (option)
- Adjustable air inlet through the floor
- VCD software package for process control, monitoring and documentation
