Orthopedic Simulator for Training in Feline Spinal Surgery (Decompression and Stabilization)
The anatomical model of the feline thoracic spine (T1–T13) by Nacional Ossos was developed to meet the needs of instructors, students, and veterinarians working in veterinary orthopedics and neurosurgery. Ideal for hands-on training, workshops, courses, demonstrations, and distance learning, this simulator allows for the practice of spinal decompression and stabilization techniques with a high degree of realism.
With detailed anatomy and mechanical strength similar to that of feline bone, the model enables training with real surgical instruments, including the application of screws, plates, cages, intervertebral spacers, and rods/fixators, with safe repetition, standardized instruction, and alignment with bioethics and sustainability.
It can be secured in the articulated clamps from our product line, ensuring total stability and freedom of movement during the procedure.
