HelpCare is a reliable wireless system for calling help, ensuring the safety of people & recording activities. It is so easy to set up and use!
Designed for use in care / retirement homes, managed accommodation, hospitals or other care facilities.
The system uses a wireless communicator, GSM network, GPS, RF accessories, a web portal and mobile applications.
Whether a monitored person or staff member is indoors or outdoors they can call for help. Employees have overview about how the situation arose, when it happened, who resolved it and how.
Various types of devices send alert messages to mobile phones / computers of predetermined persons. It's possible to set which staff receive specific messages at relevant times.
Devices use telephony, GPS and send alerts. The mobile app shows the location of the alert for assistance to be provided.
NFC chips are named according to the activity (cleaning, checks, medication). Staff place their mobile on a chip and the application registers preset details.
