Overview
System for obtaining precise foot impressions to produce thermoformed foot orthotics directly on the patient’s foot in corrected position. Designed for clinical and laboratory use, the system improves imprint definition and enables creation of local relief areas on the impression.

Components and features

• Vac-Control: Compact vacuum unit with independent controls per silicone bag and speed vacuum control. Includes a silent, maintenance-free vacuum pump. Compatible with one or two V-Print silicone bags. Optional foot pedal.
• Dist-Control: Compact vacuum unit with independent controls for each silicone bag. Connects to one or two V-Print silicone bags; compatible with standard vacuum outlets.
• V-Print: High-elastic silicone vacuum bag filled with microspheres. Ergonomic shape and soft material provide a well-defined imprint in the corrected position and allow direct creation of discharge zones on the impression.
• Stabil: Platform with clamping bars to stabilize the foot during imprinting. High-strength chassis rated for loads up to 180 Kg.

Intended for podiatry clinics and orthotic workshops producing custom thermoformed foot orthotics by taking accurate impressions while the patient’s foot is held in corrected position. Suitable for clinical evaluations and small-to-medium production runs.
