This product is suitable for virus inactivation treatment by methylene blue light chemical method in a single bag of plasma combined with medical plasma virus inactivation equipment that can produce visible light according to "Blood Station Technical Operation Procedures". Methylene blue photosensitizer was added before plasma illumination. After the illumination, methylene blue photosensitizer was adsorbed and leukocytes were filtered out. Performance： 1. Inactivation effect:VSV≥ 41gTCID50; Sindbis ≥ 41gTCID50; 2. Average recovery rate of stable coagulation factor ( Ⅱ , Ⅸ , Ⅹ , Ⅺ , Ⅻ ) activity in plasma after inactivation ≥ 80%; 3. Average recovery rate of unstable coagulation factor ( Ⅴ ) activity ≥ 70%; 4. The average recovery rate of plasma proteins (Fg, TP, lgA, lgG, lgM) after inactivation ≥ 90%; 5. Residual leukocyte ＜ 1×10⁶/unit; 6. Residual methylene blue ＜ 0.15μmol/L.
