Description

The Endo Instrument organizer is used to store and sterilise all type of endo instruments like files. It Accommodates all type of Endo Instruments, Protapers®, Files, Reamers, Spreaders, Engine Files etc.. Holds 42 Endo Instruments in clear, visible & separated system Organiser ensures you have a sterile set for each patient. Organise & Store instruments by Patient, Procedure or Type of instruments or file sets. All Components are Autoclavable. Procedure: When placing the Endo Instrument Organiser set into the Autoclave, open the main cover of the cylinder container and place the six small covers inside the main cover. Place the two container parts on a sterilisation sleeve or on a paper towel. This prevents direct contact between the metal tray and the plastic container. When the sterilisation process is completed, hold the main cover with the six cylinder covers inside on an angle facing the container with the six file organiser cylinders. Securely close the main cover. The Endo Instrument Organiser set is now sterile. To use your Endo Instrument Organiser Set, remove only the main cover. The six inner cylinders remain securely closed and sterile. The Endo Instrument Organiser while in use, One inner cylinder set is open; the others are securely closed and sterile. Sterilization conditions in the autoclave: Maximum Temperature: 134 degree Celsius Sterilising Time: 5 minutes Drying Time: 10-15 minutes in Autoclave To guarantee your continued enjoyment of the Endo Instrument Organiser Set you must follow these directions precisely. Temperatures higher than 134 degree Celsius may cause damage to the plastic.
