Overview
Infinity-Lock® Tape is an implantable, single-use woven polyester tape indicated for soft tissue approximation and ligament/tendon reconstruction, including procedures addressing spring ligament insufficiency and adult-acquired flatfoot associated with posterior tibial tendon dysfunction (PTTD). The tape provides immediate mechanical support and is supplied off-the-shelf in standard lengths.

Indications

• Reconstruction and augmentation of ligaments and tendons requiring soft tissue approximation
• Posterior Tibial Tendon Dysfunction (PTTD), typically stage II presentations
• Medial column instability and progressive arch collapse after trauma
• Symptomatic flexible flatfoot deformity with instability
• Hyperlaxity syndromes in adults contributing to deformity and pain
• Cases unresponsive to conservative management (orthoses, physiotherapy, footwear modification)
• Pain and functional limitation affecting ambulation and daily activities

Design
Constructed from woven multifilament high-tenacity polyester (polyethylene terephthalate) fibres, Infinity-Lock® Tape features a soft, flexible textile structure with tapered ends to facilitate passage through soft tissue and anchors. Its open-weave construction allows host tissue ingrowth and biological incorporation.
