Description

Overview
NeuMR Rena is a 1.5T MRI system built on a boundless platform that integrates software and hardware. It combines a fiber distributed spectrometer, a full-digital gradient chain, an AIM RF chain and modular clinical applications to support diagnostic and research workflows.

Fiber Distributed Spectrometer
The fiber distributed spectrometer enables external research interfaces for sequence development and reconstruction on the system, facilitating translational research and method validation.
  • Improved real-time processing
  • Higher SNR for advanced sequences
  • Scalable architecture for research extensions
  • Open external interfaces for sequencing and reconstruction

Full-digital Gradient Chain
The full-digital gradient chain uses an ARM-based gradient system with embedded cooling in the gradient coil to provide continuous 360-degree coil cooling, reducing thermal effects on gradient performance.
  • Gradient strength: 46 mT/m
  • Slew rate: 160 T/m/s
  • 360° full-coverage embedded coil cooling
  • High gradient amplitude and slew rate for improved image quality and reduced scan time
  • Enhanced spatial and functional imaging capability

DEEP R — AI acceleration and fast acquisition
DEEP R AI acceleration applies dual-domain fidelity and progressive denoising to accelerate acquisition while preserving diagnostic image characteristics.
  • Acquisition time reduction: up to 45%
  • Dual-domain fidelity module for stable, authentic reconstructions
  • Progressive AI denoising: preserves true signal while removing noise
  • Fast BrainQuant: rapid processing with up to 11 contrast images

High Resolution (VAST & MUSIC)
VAST enables 3D isotropic high-resolution imaging across contrasts (T1, T2, FLAIR, PD) with distortion-free MPR. MUSIC and advanced EPI sequences provide high-SNR, high-resolution diffusion imaging.
  • 3D isotropic high-resolution imaging for multiple contrasts
  • Whole-body and targeted applications: brain, joints, MRCP, angiography
  • Enhanced nerve imaging: cranial nerves, facial nerve, trigeminal nerve, brachial plexus
  • EPI and MUSIC sequences for high-resolution diffusion

Precise Quant
The platform includes dedicated quantification modules for clinical and research use, supporting molecular and quantitative imaging protocols.
  • KneeQuant: molecular imaging of cartilage for early osteoarthritis evaluation (noninvasive biochemical assessment)
  • LiverQuant: six-echo acquisition for multi-contrast images and precise hepatic fat and iron quantification

Clinical Images / Image Gallery
  • Knee
  • KneeQuant
  • LiverQuant
  • Nerves and vessels
  • Pelvis
  • Total neuro
