Gauze napkins according to GOST
The napkins are multilayer rectangular sorption products made of medical gauze with a surface density of 28, 32, 36 g / m², which corresponds to 13, 17 and 19 threads according to the European classifier (denser versions are also possible).
Our equipment allows us to produce medical gauze napkins, each individually wrapped, assembled in a cardboard box or in a bag of laminated paper.
In order to compare the quality of gauze napkins of the same size from different manufacturers, it is enough to weigh them on an electronic scale. Quality napkins weigh more because made of denser, which means high quality gauze. Dense gauze provides increased hygroscopicity (absorbency) of wipes. The edges of the gauze should be carefully tucked inside the napkin to prevent threads from getting into the wound. High-quality thick napkins are convenient and economical to use, because less dressing is required to treat the wound.
