Description

NGD, in conjunction with Board Certified Veterinary Orthopedic Surgeon Dr. Kurt Schulz and Dr. Noel Fitzpatrick, has developed the SHO technique to address medial compartmental disease (MCD) of the canine elbow. MCD is the erosion of cartilage from the medial condyle of the canine humerus (elbow). This is a very painful condition and if left untreated can lead to significant lameness and in some cases euthanasia. The SHO clinical results are very good and are available in journal publication form.
