Cover valve 782RA

fluid dispensing

782RA Radial Spray Valves are designed for precise, consistent coating of the inside walls of cylinders and other hard-to-reach areas. These valves are ideal for spraying low to medium viscosity fluids, including lubricants, solvents, and adhesives, onto internal surfaces in a controlled radial pattern. - Provides uniform 360° radial spray pattern for internal surfaces - Minimizes overspray and material waste - Adjustable spray nozzle for precise control of spray width and flow rate - Compatible with a wide range of low to medium viscosity fluids - Stainless steel construction for durability and chemical resistance - Easy to integrate into automated or manual dispensing systems - Ideal for applications such as coating, lubricating, and marking inside tubes, pipes, or cylinders Typical Applications: - Lubrication of internal surfaces of bearings, bushings, and sleeves - Coating the inside of pipes, tubes, and cylinders - Applying adhesives or solvents to internal surfaces - Marking or coloring inside cylindrical parts Features: - Uniform radial spray pattern - Adjustable spray control - Stainless steel wetted parts - Low maintenance design Technical Specifications: - Spray Pattern: 360° radial - Fluid Viscosity Range: Low to medium - Material: Stainless steel - Applications: Internal coating, lubrication, marking
