Description

Overview
Nordson MEDICAL provides proven solutions for accurate and precise delivery of liquids, graft material, fibrin sealants, and hemostatic agents for surgical applications. Delivery devices are designed to accurately deliver a single liquid or precisely mix and deliver a dual-component therapy to the surgical site. Stock, custom, private label, non-sterile pre-fill, and sterile bulk (aseptic filling) options are available. Applicator tips can be added to create an all-in-one procedure kit.

Gold Standard
Biomaterial delivery devices are considered industry gold standard for precisely dispensing single- and multi-component biomaterials with simple, one-handed operation. These modular delivery systems include a variety of single-use applicators and tips and are flexible to meet the needs of many surgical procedures.

Custom and Off-the-Shelf
Nordson MEDICAL offers both off-the-shelf and custom delivery devices. Engineering services include tweaks to existing device designs or development of unique delivery devices for new or existing biomaterials. Options include private labeling and finished device solutions.

Private Label & Custom Solutions
Capabilities for private label and custom projects include design and development and finished device solutions. The company emphasizes the ability to support customer-specific requirements across single- and dual-component mixing and delivery for many surgical specialties.

Patented Bone Graft Delivery Devices
OsteoXpress™ and OsteoPrecision™ graft delivery devices are designed to deliver allograft, autograft, or synthetic bone graft materials and to facilitate premixing of graft materials with fluids such as IV fluids, blood, plasma concentrate, platelet rich plasma, bone marrow, or other specified blood components as required by clinical use.
