Overview
For vascular and cardiothoracic surgeons, aortic punches are precision instruments for creating uniform anastomotic openings for vein and arterial grafts. The PerfectCut® and CleanCut® series provide rotating, self-aligning cutting mechanisms to reduce insertion force and eliminate lateral side notches while producing consistent circular openings.

PerfectCut® Aortotomy System
The system uses a rotating bullet‑tip punch combined with an aortic lancet. The lancet has a retractable blade shield to form precise crisscross incisions, and the bullet‑tip punch allows straight insertion without a button‑hole technique. The self‑aligning design minimizes jamming during use.
