Description

Posterior Occipito-Cervico-Thoracic The neck, or cervical spine, consists of seven vertebrae (C1-C7). Common pathologies in the posterior cervical spine include, but are not limited to, posterior cervical spondylotic myelopathy, unstable spine, and fracture/dislocation. Common surgical treatments for these pathologies include posterior cervical laminectomy, posterior cervical fusion, or laminoplasty, and they can offer reach up to the base of the skull (Occipital) or down to the upper back (thoracic).
