ANTARES is a lightweight aluminium frame wheelchair with rigid frame. It’s a tilt in space wheelchair that can be set up to achieve up to 45° of rotation. It’s possible to apply various postural systems and various optionals. The reclining backrest can be chosen in two different versions: – reclining backrest with gas springs (standard) – reclining backrest at fixed spots EXTREME COMFORT AND SAFETY Dystonia cases are specifically supported by ANTARES thanks to the special absorbing mechanism of damps, that takes the user back to a better positioning. Help to the assistant is provided by this special supporting feature. MULTIPLE CHOICES The order form of ANTARES shows a wide range of optionals and features useful to configurate the best model for everyone. The wheelchair has a foldable backrest and rear wheels are provided of quick-release axles to take up less space. The average weight of ANTARES in a standard configuration is 22 kg.
