Instrument tray lid DuPont™ Tyvek®

Overview
Die-cut lids made of DuPont™ Tyvek®, sealed to semi-rigid or rigid thermoformed trays, deliver controlled peel, reliable sealing and an effective microbial barrier. Coated with Oliver proprietary SealScience or Xhale technologies, lids are available in standard Tyvek grades and can be customized for lift tabs, printing, square-cut geometries or Oclean ultra-clean processing. They are also used as dust covers or liners for pre-fillable syringe and vial tubs.

Oclean — Ultra-clean lids and liners
Oclean tub lids and liners are customized die-cut components processed and tested to meet stringent particulate, bioburden and endotoxin specifications in accordance with ISO 11040-7. They are intended for prefillable syringe and vial tubs where ultra-clean conditions are required.

Performance Data
In third-party testing Oliver's Xhale coating has been shown to reduce packaging-related particulates by approximately 96% under relevant test conditions.
