The loaders are designed for the automated and manual handling of solid oral products (tablets, capsules) in pharmaceutical packaging lines. Machines are developed and customized to customer production requirements and integration constraints.

Loaders types and features

• Loaders with dedicated guides and rotating brushes for ALU‑ALU blisters; including exit system, pre‑loading station, vibration surface, return brush and loading guide.
• Flexible UNIVERSAL systems with FULL BOX loaders equipped with satellite/orbital brushes for pills and tablets.
• Manual loaders with AISI 316L stainless steel bins for special applications and small production batches.
• Optional liquid dosing modules with peristaltic or volumetric pumps for accurate inline dosing and integration.
