The PalletMaster is a configurable aggregation solution that identifies and verifies cases and pallets with cameras and/or barcode scanners for the central palletizing area. This system is designed to retrofit with existing robot systems that simultaneously palletize different lots on different pallets. It allows multiple pallets to be stacked before being labeled and also has rework capabilities. The process can be done automatically with cameras and a Print and Apply coder or manually with a barcode scanner.
