Compact, Proven, and Precisely Controlled Sample Evaporation The 12 Position N-EVAP is a compact, cost-effective nitrogen evaporator ideal for labs that need flexible, simultaneous evaporation of multiple samples. Designed to process up to 12 samples at once, it offers individual gas flow control at each position via precision-milled brass needle valves—allowing tailored evaporation for samples with varying end points. Originally introduced in 1959 as Organomation’s first nitrogen evaporator, the 12 Position N-EVAP has a long-standing reputation for durability, reliability, and ease of use. Its rotating circular design ensures each sample is easily accessible from the front of the instrument, streamlining insertion, adjustment, and retrieval. Samples are gently and evenly heated in a thermostatically controlled water bath, which accelerates evaporation while maintaining sample integrity. The spring-tensioned sample holder adapts to tubes with outer diameters of 10–30 mm without requiring manual adjustments. For smaller applications, an optional holder is available for vials ranging from 5–16 mm.
