Description

The microscope is designed to obtain multidimensional fluorescence image with high resolution and contrast with the use in clinical diagnostic centres, medical research institutes and other health care facilities. The microscope creates a magnified image of the object (a fixed preparation on a slide or tissue cultures in laboratory dishes) by confocal microscopy for purposes of cell diagnostics for infertility, cardiovascular, oncological and other diseases. The principle of the microscope is based on creating a magnified image of high resolution and contrast by visualizing the data received by the register on the sensor signal occurring when scanning a laser beam of a predetermined wavelength of the test specimen. To limit the effect of harmful stray light is applied confocal aperture. Provides the functions: The fluorescence excitation of fluorophores in the sample; Collecting the fluorescence signal from point of location of the focus lens; Registration of the optical signal by the photodetector; Scanning in the x, y and z; The positioning of the sample in the focus of the lens; Image acquisition in white light; Polarization control; Check the optical material parameters; Panoramic shooting mode; Control the microscope via the computer; The collection, storage and construction of three-dimensional image; Build a false color image.
