The Material Hatch Combo Active is a combination of the functions of Ortner’s material hatches with a waste disposal system. It is an intelligent solution for higher demands. This Hatch Combo can be used for direct waste disposal from inside the hatch. The waste disposal system in the lower hatch consists of a quick- release unit with a disposal bag. The waste is discarded from the upper part through a lid and then sealed. The lower hatch is then emptied through a door on the unclean side. The upper hatch is designed for the transfer of sterile materials. The lower hatch is designed for the transfer of raw materials, auxiliary materials or waste.
