The Formfit® Tennis Elbow (Össur) is an elbow support designed to relieve pain and reduce strain associated with lateral epicondylitis (tennis elbow), tendonitis and related epicondylar conditions by applying targeted compression to the epicondyle. It is intended for daily activities and sports use.

Intended use / Indications

• Support for tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis)
• Management of tendonitis and related overuse conditions
• Prevention of pain during work, daily activities and sport

Application / Fitting

• Slide the support onto the arm
• Position the pads over the painful tendons just below the elbow (epicondyle area)
• Tighten the strap through the loop to obtain a firm but comfortable hold

Contraindications and limitations of use

• Not for use on wounds or open skin lesions; do not place directly over damaged skin
• Not suitable for conditions requiring orthopedic treatment with plaster, resin or surgical intervention
• Consult a healthcare professional in case of severe vascular or neurological disorders

Care and maintenance

• Keep away from excessive heat sources
• Hand wash in warm soapy water (30°C)
• Dry flat away from heat sources (do not use radiator or tumble dryer)
