The GP-KH232E includes an ultra-compact sized FULL HD 1080p 1MOS remote camera head GP-KH232HE and the CCU Control Unit GP-KH232CUE & GP-KH232CSE.
The system employs a 1/3-inch high resolution CMOS chip and a DSP, which enables the digital HD camera head to be very small in size. The camera system provides outstanding sharpness, impressively true colours and flicker-free image
Thanks to the CMOS technology, the video signal chain inside the Panasonic HD micro camera becomes fully digitalized. The digital, full HD progressive scan signal generated in the camera heads is loss free, transmitted via the camera cable and processed with high bandwidths at the control unit.
The Panasonic 1MOS camera system features electronic shutter, gain control, scene file, white balance, electronic zoom, image freezing, flip & mirror and dynamic range expansion, which can be activated to enhance the simultaneous display of light and dark objects.
GP-KH232E video formats
The 1MOS micro camera supports the video formats 1080p (through HDMI), 1080i, 720P, 576P/480P and 576i/480i. The video out terminals provide digital HDMI as we as analogue RGB/YPbPr and Y/C a. These video outs run simultaneously. Additionally, the box version GP-KH232CSE supports HDSDI, HDMI and YPbPr. By considering a required illumination of 2000lx (at F5.6), the camera achieves horizontal resolution of 900 TV lines.
