Description

Coxa-splint is used to treat unstable hip joints caused by congenital dysplasia. The splint is made of aluminium and coated with cellular polyethylene pad, a soft, non-allergic and waterproof foam. Coxa-splint is usually remain in place at least six weeks (or for as long as the doctor recommends). Pedihealth Oy has been manufacturing Finnish Coxa-splint since the 1980s. The product is manufactured in Finland. Coxa-splint is also known as von Rosen splint. Coxa-splint is a CE marked medical device and is intended for professional use by healthcare professionals only.
