State-of-the-art technology has been added to the proven concept for even better temperature control performance. Unistat process thermostats impress with excellent thermodynamic properties and a range of functions to meet the highest demands. Unistats guarantee high-precision and reproducible temperature control results, short heat-up and cool-down times and large temperature ranges without inconvenient fluid changes. To ensure an optimum heat transfer, the units are equipped with a state-of-the-art, seal-free circulation pump featuring a magnetic coupling. The improved venting and degassing functions enable fast commissioning and trouble-free operation. The innovative Pilot ONE controller with 5.7" touchscreen colour display is used for operation. Important parameters can be seen at a glance and temperature curves are displayed graphically in real time. To provide comprehensive connectivity, the "Com.G@te DIGITAL" with the most important digital interfaces is included as standard. Analogue interfaces can be retrofitted via the optional "Com.G@te PLUS". The Unistat technology also offers impressive economic benefits with minimised operating costs and an efficient energy management. Another advantage is the increased durability of the temperature control fluid. Sealed hydraulically, the systems prevent the formation of oil vapours and oxidation.
