The entry into the clean room of any material must take place through appropriate machinery or access areas that guarantee the pressure and particle cascade between the various areas. The legislation provides that the entry of goods and personnel cannot take place directly in the processing area through special "filters" which are interposed to guarantee the above. What has just been described is made more complicated if the plane of the processing area is higher than the zero floor of the shed. The machine that has been studied, designed and built plays the role of a trolley passer: • Flowed; i.e. including a fan and absolute filter which ensure that it is classified inside the machine, guaranteeing a cleanliness of the sampled air referable to the ISO 14664-1 standard • complete with pressure regulator; the machine is equipped with a pressure probe and a modulating damper which guarantees, through a feedback from the pressure switch related to the set point, correct regulation of the chamber pressure, guaranteeing the pressure cascade with respect to the working chamber. • Elevator. The machine is complete with a system of pistons which guarantee an excursion of the platform at a settable height • Interlocked. The machine prevents the simultaneous opening of the two doors, ensuring compliance with the law • Supervisable. The machine is equipped with a SIEMENS control and touch panel
