Product information
Water-repellent textile fabric (white or skin colour) with porous structure; coated on one side with pressure-sensitive zinc oxide adhesive that is permeable to air and water vapour. Adheres reliably to normal skin, can be removed easily and leaves no residues when used as directed.

Features

• Porous surgical adhesive tape in flesh (skin) or white colour for normal skin
• Zinc oxide pressure-sensitive adhesive with high initial and permanent adhesion; maintains strong hold under strain
• High tensile strength for secure fixation
• Zig-zag edges for easy manual tearing
• Special processing ensures moisture and air permeability to reduce risk of maceration from exudates

Indications

• Preventive support for ligaments during sports and physical activity
• Water-repellent option suitable where dressings or devices may contact dirt or water (Neoplast® Waterproof)

Contraindications

• Do not use on infected wounds unless under medical supervision
• Do not use in case of known sensitivity to any tape components or medical adhesives

Precautions

• Follow medical guidance when applying to compromised, fragile or sensitive skin; monitor for irritation
