The PLÜMATEX-BFM 007 is a manually operated bench mounted semi automatic bag filling and sealing machine.
Suitable for bags with one or two open SFC ports or tubes, sealed by SFC caps or stopper insertion
For O2 sensitive solutions (vacuum and nitrogen gassing) or premixed solutions (tube bags)
Headspace control and post fill evacuation available (tube bags)
Filling systems: mass flow (CIP/SIP), peristaltic (disposable), ...
Empty SFC bags available at Pluemat
Benefit: machine and packaging components out of ONE hand
Conductivity meters and TOC sensors
Formats: 50 ml – 6.000 ml
