Semi-automatic vacuum leak detection system PLUMAT designed for offline sample testing of filled pharmaceutical bags to verify seal integrity. The vacuum test is non-destructive and does not affect final product quality. The sensor system detects liquid product or condensate escaping from leaks. The machine is suitable for single- and multi-chamber bags and is configured for a range of bag volumes. Depending on bag dimensions, the machine can process multiple bags per test chamber. Test chambers include full-flow bag holders to detect holes across the entire bag surface; holders are removable for format change and cleaning.
