STABIL H is an orthopedic walker designed for the management of neuroischemic foot, post-ulcerative conditions, and Charcot foot. It is also indicated in cases of vascular or neuropathic disease, post-vascular surgery, or whenever partial limb immobilization up to the knee is required. The new High-Tech Fully Rocker® outsole, developed by Podartis, ensures effective gait biomechanics combined with maximum stability—the most stable on the market. Made of super lightweight EVA and enhanced with anti-slip rubber inserts, it offers superior protection, grip, and walking comfort. The sole height is aligned with the Activity “Piuma” line to avoid limb length discrepancies. The modular selective insole provides targeted pressure relief, while the rigid silver fiber footbed supports load redistribution and long-term structural stability. The anti-friction upper is engineered to prevent painful rubbing and protect fragile skin, especially in vascular patients. The thermoformable heel counter ensures rearfoot stability, and the extra space for the malleoli improves fit even in the presence of swelling or dressings. With a generous internal volume, STABIL H is fully compatible with custom-made or modified insoles, enabling therapeutic off-loading. The brace can be used in removable or non-removable mode, depending on the clinical protocol. The design supports immobilization up to the knee, as recommended by the latest IGDF guidelines, promoting healing and reducing recurrence risk.
