POSCAN ONE — 3D postural analysis systemPOSCAN ONE is a compact, non-invasive 3D posture analysis system designed for healthcare and rehabilitation professionals.It performs a rapid three-dimensional acquisition of the patient in a natural standing position and provides clear, objective and reproducible information about postural organisation, body alignment and observable asymmetries.
The dedicated POSCAN software displays the assessment in the frontal, sagittal and transverse planes, allowing the practitioner to visualise the patient’s posture from several perspectives, document observations and compare successive assessments over time.
POSCAN ONE is designed to complement the practitioner’s existing clinical assessment. It does not replace professional expertise or provide an automated diagnosis. The measurements and visualisations remain under the interpretation of the healthcare professional.
Main functions- Rapid 3D acquisition in a natural standing position
- Visualisation in the frontal, sagittal and transverse planes
- Objective and reproducible postural measurements
- Identification and documentation of observable asymmetries and alignments
- Comparison of assessments over time
- Structured PDF report generation
- Patient record and examination history
- Specialised and customisable assessment protocols
- Optional integration with baropodometric analysis
- Compact and portable configuration
A clear support for clinical practicePOSCAN ONE helps professionals explain their observations more clearly to patients through intuitive 3D visualisations and structured reports.
It provides a modern tool for:- documenting the initial postural assessment;
- monitoring observable changes over time;
- comparing assessments before and after treatment or equipment fitting;
- facilitating communication with patients and other healthcare professionals;
- enhancing the traceability and presentation of professional assessments.
Intended usersPOSCAN ONE is suitable for:
- podiatrists;
- physiotherapists;
- osteopaths;
- rehabilitation centres;
- sports medicine professionals;
- orthotists and prosthetists;
- multidisciplinary healthcare facilities;
- professionals involved in posture and movement assessment.
Designed for everyday useThe acquisition protocol is simple and fast, with an examination that can be completed in a few minutes. The compact system requires limited space and can be installed easily in a consulting room, rehabilitation facility or specialised centre.
POSCAN ONE combines:
- 3D acquisition equipment;
- reference mat and positioning system;
- dedicated POSCAN software;
- structured PDF reports;
- initial training;
- assisted setup;
- technical support;
- software updates.
The system is developed and assembled in France and is supplied with a two-year hardware warranty.
Optional baropodometric integrationDepending on the selected configuration, POSCAN ONE can be combined with a baropodometric platform to correlate postural observations with plantar pressure distribution and static or dynamic foot support analysis.
This combined approach provides an additional visual aid for podiatry, orthotic treatment, rehabilitation and patient follow-up.
