The PROACT GS 90 Metal Max single patient use Laryngoscopes provide a premium fibre optic Green System Disposable Metal Laryngoscope Blade in a full range of sizes from Macintosh 0 through to Macintosh 5, Miller 00 through to Miller 4 and unique to Proact the Cardiff-Pro 00, 0 and 1. With the metal from the blade running through the hook on the area of the block of the blade, it provides the confidence and structural strength similar to a full metal blade with no downside to the lower cost plastic block. Will easily lift a 20kg weight suspended from the tip of the largest sizes. Laser welded Stainless Steel runs through the hook-on section of the plastic block to provide structural strength. Compatible with all ISO 7376:2020 Compliant Green System Handles. Made from Surgical Stainless Steel AISI Type 304. Correctly formed blade shape and atraumatic tip where appropriate, no sharp edges. Shielded Optics to provide properly focused output without distracting backlight. Full-length spatula like a quality reusable blade – many competitor disposable blades have a cut out to make the product cheaper but compromising ease of intubation. Two sprung ball bearings and hook on click over the handlebar for a secure fit.
