Overview
The SUPERTA H hospital bed is designed for use with restless or wandering patients. The bed features hydraulic elevation of the mattress platform and options for permanently fixed headboards and side panels to reduce the risk of unassisted bed exits and related injuries. It is suitable for medical environments requiring robust patient safety measures.

Fixed non-removable headboard
The fixed headboard increases patient containment by eliminating detachable elements that could be removed by the patient, improving overall safety in wards and long‑term care units.

Non-removable side panels (optional)
At customer request the bed can be fitted with non-removable side panels, creating a compact, tamper‑resistant structure that reduces the risk of disassembly by patients.

Fixation belt set
A three‑strap fixation system allows limited, controlled patient movement while preventing unintentional exits from the bed, supporting safe restraint protocols when required.

Hydraulic mattress platform lift
Hydraulic lift is operated by foot pedals on both sides. The increased lift range reduces caregiver strain during patient handling and the low minimum height supports safer standing transfer for patients.

Mattress platform width
The 85 cm wide mattress platform provides a balance between patient comfort and space efficiency in clinical environments.

Safe operating load
Robust frame construction provides a safe operating load up to 250 kg, ensuring safe support for higher‑weight patients and repeated loading scenarios.

Comfortable positioning
Back and thigh sections are adjusted with gas pistons while an adjustable calf section (rastomat) enables multiple configurations for improved patient comfort and pressure distribution.

Mattress platform material
The platform is constructed from profiled metal slats offering high chemical resistance, surface stability and low wettability suitable for medical cleaning protocols.

Platform extension (tool‑assisted)
Extension of the mattress platform requires tools and is intentionally non‑user‑serviceable to prevent accidental removal and maximize patient safety.

Double autoregression
The double autoregression function reduces abdominal pressure and the risk of pressure ulcers by improving trunk and thigh articulation.

Castors TENTE
All PROMA REHA beds are fitted with TENTE castors for reliable mobility and braking performance.

Mattress holders
Integrated mattress holders secure the mattress during articulation and are positioned so as not to obstruct evacuation mat placement.

Universal accessory holders
Two holders at the headboard and two at the footboard accept accessories such as an IV pole, lifting pole, monitor bracket, additional side rails or bedside lamp.

Bumper wheels
Corner bumper wheels facilitate safe transport and protect both bed and surroundings.
