Subtalar Screw with double expansion can expand distal part to 4 mm (on the diameter), correcting plantar arch and keep it up. This kind of screw expand in distal part and proximal part, forming a hourglass with a stabile anchor in senus tarsus. The main body is done in PE-UHMWPE and the internal screw in Titanium.
