Description

Coelas 1470nm Diode Laser for Surgeries Versatile / Portable / Android / Built-in Battery / Safe Coelas 1470nm diode laser manufactured by Qolight can be effortlessly used by surgeons. It’s very effective for cutting, vaporization, coagulation, and ablation, it has been widely used in proctology, EVLT, PLDD, ENT, lipolysis, gynecology, and other general surgeries. Lipolysis Laser System – Fat Removal & Skin Tightening Laser lipolysis is a minimally invasive procedure that uses heat from fiber-optic lasers to melt body fat. The laser energy is transmitted through a very fine and flexible cannula with an optical fiber on the end. This optical fiber carries the laser light to the fatty tissue, melts the fat, and heats the tissue which retracts the skin. At 1470nm wavelength, efficient vaporization of the fat tissue can be easily achieved. On the other hand, it spurs the production of the protein collagen, making skin more taut. In addition, the 980nm wavelength is a useful tool to coagulate the blood during the treatment. Safe Outpatient Treatment The laser lipolysis by Qolight is an outpatient treatment with significant and visible results. Only a local anaesthetic and very small incision will be needed for the treatment. When the anaesthetic has taken hold, the doctor inserts the laser (which is inside a thin tube called a cannula) through the incision and into the fatty part.
