Description

The use of a unique transfer mechanism enables a high and stable throughput! This is the CO2 Laser Printer which is space-saving with a high cost performance. QUALIS-Lite CO2 detects the orientation and position of each capsule and prints according to the results, which ensures accurate printing. Bold, clear printing can be done to best suit the color and size of the soft capsule. The transfer mechanism consists of simple parts that can be used for a wide range of sizes. The use of a unique disk ring feeder and suction transfer ensures a high and stable throughput. A CO2 laser is a type of gas laser that uses carbon dioxide (CO2) as the medium and works by applying heat to the target. This laser technology is most commonly used in laser processing machines and is suitable for processing transparent material such as acrylic and glass. When the soft capsule is irradiated, the water contained in the film of the capsule evaporates and bubbles are generated on the surface of the soft capsule. Since the bubbles appear white, they are used for printing letters and graphics. CO2 laser printers do not use printer ink or design rolls. Therefore, there is no need to refill or clean the ink, and ink-related printing defects such as missing characters, double printing, and ink transfer (smearing) do not occur. In addition, there are overwhelmingly few printing errors, which allows for efficient production without waste. The simplicity and versatility of the soft capsule transport and printing mechanisms of the QUALIS-Lite CO2 have also allowed for the reduction of the price.
