Product description
The P-SS-24 anti-bedsore donut cushion is designed for pressure ulcer prevention and for supporting treatment in postoperative and post‑traumatic conditions. Its central opening relieves pressure on the ischial tuberosities and other sensitive points, ensuring improved load distribution when used on a wheelchair, stroller or car seat. For hygiene, use with an additional terry cover is recommended.

Features

• Granules: filled with very light polystyrene granules that adapt to the user's anatomy; internal air migration is allowed through the vapour-permeable cover.
• PureMed™: antibacterial, easy-to-disinfect cover containing Silver Zeolite; suitable for multiple users; REACH compliant.
• AntySlip™: non-slip backing to prevent cushion movement.
• RadioLogic™: components compatible with diagnostic imaging (MRI, CT, X-ray).
• Velcro pocket: allows adding or removing granules to adjust firmness and shape.

Cotton bag - OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 certified; granules have PZH certificate; bag is replaceable and adjusted via Velcro pocket.
Granules - very light polystyrene beads that move to conform to the user's anatomy and allow internal air migration.

Disinfection
Permitted disinfecting agents and maximum concentrations:
2-propanol — max 35%
1-propanol — max 25%
Ethanol — max 10%
Benzalkonium chloride — max 0.2%
Glucoprotamin — max 25%
Procedure: spray the surface with disinfectant, leave for the required contact time, then rinse with water and dry.

Maintenance
Clean PureMed™ surfaces with a neutral pH soap solution (≈ pH 7) using a soft sponge or damp cloth; rub gently and wipe dry. Repeat monthly to preserve colour and appearance. For stain removal use 25% ethanol solution; rub gently and dry. Do not use domestic cleaners or agents intended for 'eco-leather'.
