- ControlCARE 02 is a waffle-structure foam mattress designed to provide basic pressure ulcer (bedsore) prevention by improving air circulation and offering even spinal support.
Key features and benefits
- The waffle structure ensures optimal air circulation by allowing free flow of air between the mattress and the patient’s body surface; the highly elastic foam provides even spinal support and contributes to resting regulation of muscle tone without impairing respiratory, circulatory, or digestive functions.
- The cover is removable with a zipper and is waterproof, breathable (vapor-permeable), anti-allergic, resistant to bacteria and fungi, flame-retardant and OEKO-TEX certified.
- Cleaning: maximum wet cleaning temperature 95°C; cover can be autoclaved up to 120°C.
- Maximum permissible load: 120 kg. The mattress is adapted for beds with an adjustable frame.
